Refund Policy
Our policy grants you a 30-day window after receiving your item to request a return. To qualify, the item must be in its original, unused state with tags and packaging intact (please don't open the packaging). Don't forget to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval won't be accepted. For any issues with damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please notify us immediately upon receipt so we can address the problem.
There are exceptions to our return policy, including custom products, hazardous materials, and items purchased on sale. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on sale items. Exchanges are handled by returning the item and making a separate purchase for the new item.
Customers in the European Union benefit from a 14-day cooling-off period with similar return conditions. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
